André, a third-generation producer, is an agronomist and researcher at the Procafé Foundation, specialising in pruning and coffee production. Natália, a second-generation producer, brings her skills as a cupper and trader. With a shared vision, they continuously elevate their farm, leveraging their individual skills to craft exceptional coffee. Once known for gold mining, São João del Rei now supports thriving coffee farms like Jaguara, thanks to its high-altitude terrain.
